She graduated from high school in Harlowton. Karen and Bud Widdicombe were married June 25, 1985 in Eugene, Oregon. Karen worked as a bartender at the Graves Hotel in Harlowton. Karen and Bud have lived in Helena for 10 years. She worked in customer service for Target for a short time. <\/p>\n<p>Karen was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister. She is survived by her husband, Bud of Helena; stepson, Lon Widdicombe of Arizona; brothers, Larry Mager and Kenny Mager both of Harlowton; two grandchildren, Jennifer and Tristan, several nieces, nephews and extended family. <\/p>\n<p>A funeral service for her family was held at Anderson Stevenson Funeral Home. Come join the family and friends at a social gathering celebrating Karen\u2019s life to be held from 12:30-2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 24th at the family home, 6090 MT Vista Rd., (Birdseye) Helena. Burial of Karen\u2019s cremated remains will take place at a later date. Memorials in Karen\u2019s name are suggested to the Lewis &amp; Clark Humane Society, P.O. Box 4455, Helena, 59604.
