He loved woodworking and built Jessica an elaborate dollhouse for Christmas. He enjoyed boating, playing and building guitars, telling tall tales, living it up, and making us laugh. His impish grin was contagious to all who experienced his charm. He was mischievous, kind, artistic, and fearless. <\/p>\n<p> Kevin was born in Fairfax, Virginia on May 15, 1976. He attended Horizon High School in Scottsdale, Arizona and worked as a machinist and mechanic. Kevin married Crystal Thorpe on April 24, 2004 at his parent\u2019s ranch and created a new family with her son, Christopher Herren, followed by the birth of their baby girl, Jessica Lynn Kelly. <\/p>\n<p> Kevin is survived by wife, Crystal Kelly; daughter, Jessica; step-son, Christopher; his parents, Keith and Norma Jean Kelly; brothers, Keith (Amy)Kelly and Conan Kelly (Peggie); sister, Shannon Kelly; grandparents Joe and Helen Walsh; aunts and uncles, Tom (Laurie), Pat (Vicki), Sherry (Tom), Stephen Walsh (Julie), Raylene Walsh, Lynne Grant (Paul), David McLaughlin (Janne), Erin Horstmann (Mike); nephew Robert Kelly and nieces Jacqulyn and Cassidy Kelly and many cousins. <\/p>\n<p>Visitation will begin 9:00 a.m. today, September 7th with the family receiving friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Anderson Stevenson Wilke Funeral Home. The family will also receive friends 1 hour prior to the funeral Mass. Funeral Mass will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday September 8th at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church. A reception will be held in the church immediately following the Mass.
