She was born in Mott, North Dakota to Frank and Tillie Schlosser on September 11, 1921. <\/p>\n<p>She married Joseph Miller in Mott, North Dakota. They soon moved to Helena to begin their new life. <\/p>\n<p>Cecelia devoted her life to being a wife, mother, and homemaker until the death of her husband, Joe, in 1978. Cecelia \u201cGrandma Blue,\u201d as she was known by many, will be remembered for her famous pies, delicious meals, and sweet treats. She loved gardening, shopping, dining out, and cats. <\/p>\n<p>After Joe\u2019s death, Cecelia began her career as a Foster Grandparent for the Rocky Mountain Development Council where she was employed for over thirty years. Grandma Blue was never too busy to give hugs, smiles, and help to every child she met. <\/p>\n<p>Her parents, Frank and Tillie; husband, Joseph; sisters, Anna, Salveria, Meg, and Ida; and her brother, Albert, all precede her in death. <\/p>\n<p>Cecelia is survived by her three children, Sharon Milot of Helena, Janet Greenfield of Helena, and Larry (Sharon) Miller of Chinook; six grandchildren, Shauna Wenger, Jennifer (Jay) Greenfield Kees, Eric (Misty) Greenfield, Chad Greenfield, Tanya (BJ) Navanty, and Tobi Maki. She also had eight great-grandchildren. <\/p>\n<p>The family would like to thank Dr. Skillman and especially the staff at Cooney Convalescent Home for the compassion, attention, and love they gave to Cecelia while she was in their care. <\/p>\n<p>No formal services will be held and cremation has taken place. The family will hold a private service at a later date. Memorials in Cecelia\u2019s name may be sent to the Alzheimer\u2019s Association P.O.
