Justin \u201cBiff\u201d Michael McEwen was born on May 10, 1982 in Havre, MT. He left us suddenly and tragically on March 1, 2011 at the age of 28. <\/p>\n
Justin received his GED diploma along with college credits, and was working construction at the time of his death. Justin had many hobbies. He loved to fish, was a gifted artist, boxing champion, weight lifting champion, loved his music, scratch tickets, playing 10,000, and women. <\/p>\n
Justin was a soft spoken teddy bear with a huge heart, a contagious smile and a wonderful sense of humor. He was a hard worker and would go out of his way to help anyone out. He was known for his tall physique and used to say, \u201cMomma, from now on it\u2019s my job to put the angel on the Christmas tree.\u201d <\/p>\n
His family and friends were extremely important to him. He was a loving protector, a guardian, and very loyal. He looked forward to seeing his niece and nephew and hearing those little voices call him \u201cUncle B.\u201d <\/p>\n
Justin had so much love to give and he had two families that he leaves behind. He is survived by his parents, Kathryn and Dave Buchanan, and Christine and Randy LaMere, all of Helena; brothers and sisters, DeNaye Cooper (Lakewood, WA), Brandie Buchanan, Nicholas Price, \u201cLindi Lou\u201d Rusek, Timmy Rusek (Helena), and Roger and Tyler LaMere (Bonney Lake, WA); grandparents, Tom and Sharon McEwen (Helena); nieces and nephews, Lilly Anne Cooper, Joseph and Kaylee Leslie, Tanner Stewart, and Caleb LaMere; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. <\/p>\n
Justin was preceded in death by his father, Lyle D. Price in 2005. <\/p>\n
You were such a blessing in our lives and you will be missed forever and a day, \u2018til we meet again. <\/p>\n
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Justin McEwen Memorial Fund at any American Federal & Savings Bank. A memorial service in celebration of Justin\u2019s life will be held this Thursday, March 10, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Paul\u2019s United Methodist Church, 512 Logan, Helena. A potluck location will be announced at the service. Cremation will follow the service.
