Partin, born Kathleen Faye Willard to Paul Willard Sr and Faye B. Willard in Ogden UT, March 6, 1946, was carried home by her Savior on Saturday, October 30, 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Kathy attended St. Joseph\u2019s Elementary and St. Joseph\u2019s High School, graduating in 1963. Kathy attended Weber College from 1963-1965. She married James E. Winklesky in 1966 and later divorced. <\/p>\n<p>Kathy lived a life of faith. She refused to give up despite challenges and obstacles. She was a wife, sister, mother, aunt and friend, but her proudest title was Grandma to Punky Muffin, K-Bug, Tiny Mite, Tiger Toot and Mya Kate. <\/p>\n<p>She was selfless and generous, patient and loving, strong and wise. She will always be remembered for her infectious smile and zany wit. She was creative and talented and loved to express herself through writing and her uniqueness. <\/p>\n<p>She was preceded in death by daughter, Jennifer Lynn Winklesky, mother Faye and father Paul. She will be greatly missed by husband Miles Shannon Partin, children Christy Henry of Ardmore, OK, Michelle Mann and husband Brad of Gardner, KS, Bradley Winklesky and wife Jamie of Acworth, GA, Jason Smith of Holden, UT, James Judkins of Davenport, IA, brothers Paul Willard and wife Jill of Ogden, UT, Mike Willard and wife Olga of Cave Creek, AZ, grandchildren Autumn and Kayli Henry, Maren and Mya Winklesky and Braden Mann, 1 nephew, 5 nieces and the countless friends whose lives she touched and impacted daily. <\/p>\n<p>The family will be receiving visitors on Sunday, November 7, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Anderson Stevenson Wilke Funeral Home located at 650 Logan Street, Helena, MT.
