He joins family and friends who preceded him. He passed peacefully at St. Peter\u2019s Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Jeff was 69 years old and was born Jan. 10, 1941, in Watsonville, Calif.<\/p>\n<p>He worked as a QA inspector\/engineer for Lockheed Aerospace in Sunnyvale, Calif., and retired to Helena in 2002 with his loving wife of 40-plus years, Linda.<\/p>\n<p>Jeff loved and devoted his life to his family, his pets, automobiles and singing in the choir. He was a wonderfully sweet man who loved everyone and served God with all his heart. He will be sorely missed and remembered with love and kindness by all.<\/p>\n<p>Jeff is survived by his wife, Linda Anson; son, Kevin Turner of California; son, David Anson of Helena; daughter, Karrie Grover of Helena; brother, Mal Anson of Aptos, Calif. Jeff also has 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.<\/p>\n<p>In honor of Jeffery Anson, please send any donations to the Lewis and Clark County Humane Society in his name.<\/p>\n<p>The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at Retz Funeral Home Chapel. A Funeral Service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 30, 2010 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1260 Otter Rd., with viewing starting at 10:00 a.m. in the High Priest room of the church. Burial will be held at Forestvale Cemetery after the service with a reception to be held at the church immediately following the burial.
