She was born on April 18, 1921 to Daniel and Agnes Sullivan, in Regina, Canada. <\/p>\n<p>Maye married Carl Kjallstrom on November 3, 1944 in Dawson Creek, Alaska. He preceded her in death in 1990. <\/p>\n<p>She was a homemaker most of her life and she loved spending time with her family. <\/p>\n<p>Survivors include four daughters, Becky Harwood of Oceanside, CA, Pat Biers of Helena, MT, Carleen VanDerWert of Denver, Julia Chapman of Horseshoe Bend, AR.; eight grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and two sisters Linda and Ann of Canada. <\/p>\n<p>She was preceded in death by her husband Carl of 44 years, an infant daughter Angela Mary; and 13 brothers and sisters. <\/p>\n<p>A family viewing will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, December 19th at Kinkade Funeral Chapel in Sturgis, SD with a graveside service to follow at 1:30 p.m. at Black Hills National Cemetery in Sturgis. Memorials can be given to The Gideons International or Horseshoe Bend Public Library.
