I will always have loving and fond memories of Charlie. He was always so kind and patient.
I remember coming to stay at your house in the summer. The time that your family spent building the boat, and the times at the lake learning to water sky. Man he was patient!
Charlotte and Charlie always opened their house up to who ever showed up on their door step. They never seemed to get tired of letting kids have fun or showing kids a fun time. I don’t recall either Charlotte or Charlie ever saying no if you wanted to go to the lake, fishing. or to any fun activity. Yes, I have very good memories of my brother Charlie, Charlotte, and Carolyn and Mike.
I will miss him—our “Good time Charlie “

It is with great sadness on hearing of Charlie’s passing. I think that everyone has a picture of another person in their mind, the picture in the paper was what I always see when I think of him.
I have so many great memories of things we did with both Charlie and you, Charlotte. You can’t just think of one of you, it has always been Charlotte and Charlie.
The fun camping trips, spending time at the lake and in Lincoln were the best. I will always remember the meals cooked on an open fire with the grill. One of my first memories is of how hard you both worked on your home in East Helena, digging the basement by hand using the bucket and the old jeep.
My kids always comment about being able to use the snowmobiles. Charlie had to change those burned out belts so often, and never seemed to get upset! I know you will miss him so much and everyone else will too.
