He was a wonderful man with a kind spirit. I got to know Joe when I was Manager of Eagles Manor. I pray that God will give all of you peace that Joe is in Heaven now watching over all of you. He loved his family so much and always had a smile on his face. My prayers and condolences go out to you all.

Joe, may you rest in peace in the arms of your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
