George Harper touched more lives than I can imagine. I was in MYF in Hardin in the late 50’s and attended RMC in the early 60’s. Reverend Harper was always there as a help and inspiration. I will always remember him and am thankfull for the time I spent with him

He was such a wonderful, honest and sincere man and no sports event was ever complete without seeing him there. He made my children feel special in their sports endeavors, as he did all of the students, but somehow he had this incredible way of making each one feel he personally cared about them and I’m sure he did. He will be missed, but how happy Heaven must be to welcome him there!

George will be truly missed. A mentor and supporter who was such an advocate for so many, yet was so personable that you felt like you were select. From baptism in ’73, through methodist youth group, sports in the schools, George was always there rooting me on. He will always be warmly remembered.

George wa perhaps the most instrumental adult in my youth back in the 1950’s as I grew in the Lord. He loved for all of us, whether it was riding the train to Purdue for National Convo, standing up and singing “Harvest Time” at Purdue University with us, sitting around the campfire at Flathead Lake or the other camps in the state and canada. I am just one small life compared to all the youth he reached. Our prayers of thanks to our almight God for putting him amongst us. When he survived in the military, the Lord had a special place for him in His ministry. George listened and followed where the Lord led him. For that we are all grateful. Love to you all.
