I was so sorry to hear about Uncle John…I still can see him getting off a bus at the end of our farm lane in New Jersey in his Navy uniform when he would sometimes stay with us on his leaves…he would swing me up on his shoulders and I can still recall his laugh. I must have been 4 or 5 years old at the time but can vividly recall how excited I was when he came for a visit. He was always good to me…I always felt so very special.

Dear Pat and family,
I was so sorry to hear about your loss of John. He was such a special man, so kind. I worked with him at the State and was always so glad to have him on the inspections as he was so diplomatic and kind. I also saw him volunteering at the VA where we had a nice visit. He will be greatly missed by many. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
