Karen was one of a kind. She always made sure things ran smoothly and really cared about her nursing staff. She always had a smile on her face and went out of her way when there was a need. I always appreciated knowing she was there and had my back.
She was truly dedicated to St. Peter’s. Everyone was family to her. I know how important her family was to her. She was well loved by everyone. She will be missed.

Karen was one of a kind! I ran into her a year ago and she still remembered my name. I was a young nurse’s and at St Peter’s when she was there. Just a delightful lady. Condolences totally the family.

I loved, loved, loved working with your mom. She and I went to a conference in San Francisco together and had ao much fun.

Oh sweet Karen…you no doubt are now giving everyone a back rub in Heaven…spreading your sunshine smile! Prude my heart goes out to you and your family. May your memories bring warmth and comfort to you and know you will see her in Glory!
May God bring you strength and peace in the painful moments.
Just a side not…I worked at St. Pete’s where I knew Karen from almost my 1st day…until her retirement and Prudy later, in the Cafeteria which I frequented regularly…I worked in the Business Office…AKA Chryl Skinner.

Karen always smiled and had warm words of encouragement to the staff at St Peter’s Hospital. She was a force and we miss her loyalty, hard work, and dedication that we are all better together than as one. My condolences to her family she will be missed but her smile and spirit will not be forgotten.

Prudy, I’m so sorry to hear about Karen’s passing. She was there at St Peters Hospital when I started nursing as a new grad. Her smile sustained me for many years. She was a joy to be around. I hope you know how much she ment to me during my years there.

The last of her generation to pass. A dear lady who was always kind and thoughtful. She was the only one to visit me when I gave birth to my daughter and was the first to hold her … I never forgot that or the talks we had in subsequent years. Be at peace Aunt Karen & soar with the angels!

Condolences to the entire Sadness family. Karen was a kind compassionate beautiful person I can only imagine her being an Angel her next chapter. I always appreciated and will never forget the visits from her while I was in the hospital. Never really knew how she knew I was there but she did. No matter where we bumped into each other if she was always such a joy to visit with. I believe she was the last of that generation. You are in my thoughts. Scott
